The mission of Pineland BHDD is to develop and provide the services needed to minimize the impact of mental illness, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases in the lives of those we serve and their families while supporting their inclusion in the communities of Appling, Bulloch, Candler, Evans, Jeff Davis, Tattnall, Toombs, and Wayne Counties.

Programs & Services:

• Access to Care: Crisis, information & Referral Line 1-800-PINELAND / (800) 746-3526

• Mental Health: Outpatient Counseling Centers, Community Integration Services, Child and Adolescent Outpatient Services, Residential Services for Adults.

• Developmental Disabilities: Day and Employment Services, Residential Services, Family/Natural Support.Addiction:
• ASAM Level 1 Outpatient Programs, Substance Abuse Services, Women's Services, Ambulatory Detoxification, Pineland SA Outpatient Continuum of Care.

• Supported Employment Program

Fees: Pineland CSB serves individuals who meet the treatment criteria established by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. Payments based on a sliding fee scale. No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. If a procedure is not covered 100 % by Medicaid, Medicare, State Assistance Program, or insurance, you will be ask for co pay at the time of the appointment. Also deductibles will be required at the time of appointment.
