Statesboro Village Builders will host a “Community Resource Workshop Day” on Saturday, February 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Statesboro City Hall. Community members are invited to attend an inspiring workshop to spark creativity and make a positive difference in the community!
There will also be free lunch, giveaways, raffles, and activities for children aged four and up.
“The Community Resource Workshop Day offers a unique opportunity for residents to come together for skill development, participate in relevant discussions, access valuable resources, exchange ideas and connect with others on engaging topics,” says Dr. LaSara Mitchell, Statesboro Village Builders Coordinator. “We believe participating in this event will enhance personal and professional skills and contribute to a supportive environment where everyone can learn and grow.”
The sessions are designed to cater to a wide range of interests and needs with an overarching theme of personal development. The lineup includes classes on financial literacy, goal setting for 2025, and more.
Organizers are urging Statesboro residents not to miss out on the chance to be part of a transformative experience that promises to leave a lasting impact on their personal development and the community.
Anyone interested in the workshop is encouraged to register early to secure their spot. Childcare will not be provided for babies and toddlers, but there will be activities, books and an inflatable for children aged four to 12. Teenagers are encouraged to sign up for one of the educational sessions.
