Grice Connect has activated our Hurricane Watch plan for tropical storm IAN. We will increase weather and hurricane monitoring and coverage over the next week. We will provide immediate updates as conditions change.

Ted Wynn, Bulloch County Public Safety and EMA Director issued an alert on Sunday, September 25, 2022 for tropical storm Ian which is expected to become a major Hurricane over the next few days.

Time to develop your disaster plan

While the threat level to our area from TS IAN is uncertain at this time, now is the time to assemble a disaster supplies kit capable of sustaining you and your family when disaster strikes.

Regardless of the impacts of TS Ian, hurricane season is here so stay informed and monitor Grice Connect and your weather sources for up to date information.
