Mr. Kenneth Eugene Moore, age 59, passed into rest, Monday July 18, 2022, at his residence. The Bulloch County native was the son of the late Lorenzo “Buster” James and Elizabeth Marie Moore.
He attended schools in the Bulloch County School System.
“Shorty” as he was affectionately known, never met a stranger and loved farm work.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Floyd Moore and Patricia A. Moore.
He leaves to cherish his memories, two brothers, George Moore, Statesboro, GA and Bernard James, Atlanta, GA; four sisters, Elizabeth Johnson, Hyttsville, MD, Catherine Holt, Statesboro, GA, Linda Washington, Norfolk, VA and Anita (Mahlon) Williams, Statesboro, GA: one uncle, Felton Moore, Statesboro, GA; a host of other relatives and friends.
A walk-through viewing for Mr. Moore will be held, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, July 18, 2022, at Hill’s Mortuary, Inc.
The funeral service for Mr. Kenneth Moore will be held, 11 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022, at the chapel of Hill’s Mortuary, Inc. with Elder Gary Wallace, officiating. Burial will follow in Eastside Cemetery.
Final rites have been entrusted to Hill’s Mortuary, Inc.
