At 7:35 am on Monday, July 25, 2022, Statesboro Fire Department (SFD) Engines One and Four came upon a two-car crash at the intersection of North College and Church Streets.
Apparently, a car collided with an SUV at the intersection, causing the SUV to overturn on the shoulder of the road.
Bulloch County EMS responded to the scene and transported the driver of the overturned SUV to EGRMC with non life-threatening injuries. There were no other injuries reported.
Statesboro Police Department (SPD) officers detoured traffic temporarily while they investigated the accident and until the vehicles could be removed from the scene.
No other information is available at the time of the story.
SPD is in charge of the accident investigation.
