Toby Conner has won the Tuesday, June 21, 2022 runoff election for Bulloch County Commission Seat 2B. Conner will now face Democratic Challenger Jake Hallman in the November 8 General election to determine who will succeed Bulloch County Commissioner Walter Gibson who did not seek re-election.
