Annette P. Perkins

September 17, 1960 - June 5, 2022

METTER, GA:  Mrs. Annette P. Perkins, age 61 passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center after an extended illness.  She was a native of Bulloch County, a member of New Corinth Baptist Church and a retired employee of Georgia Southern University.

She is survived by her husband, Ivory Perkins, Sr., Metter, GA; two daughters, Karisha Perkins, Atlanta, GA and Yakevia Perkins, Metter, GA and Ivory Perkins, Jr., Statesboro, GA; her mother, Mrs. Robbie Lee Rock, Register, GA; six sisters, Margo Littles (John) and Lou Ella Williams (Richard) both Statesboro, Lashion Rock and Annie Bell Rock both of Register, Mae Helen Robinson Williams Claxton and Easter Brunson, York, PA; seven brothers, Jerry Prescott (Ida Bell), Charles Rock (Annette) and James Willie Rock (Josephine) all of Statesboro, Aundrea Rock (Latonya), Milner, GA, Jake Kennedy Rock,(Carolyn), Guyton, GA, Marvin Prescott, Sr. (Shirley), Portal and Gregory Rock (Tomeka) Metter, GA; thirteen sisters-in-law, Margaret Perkins, Patricia Jackson, Vernita Perkins, Annie Will Perkins, Judy Prescott, Geraldine Roberson, Sherbie Jean Pierce, Ada Williams and Annette Denson (Graylon) all of Statesboro, GA. Carolyn Prescott, Forsyth, GA, Irma Prescott, Augusta, GA, Glenese Pierce Pulaski, GA, Deloise Jackson  Nevils, GA, Mary Hardy, Atlanta, GA, Patricia AsScot (Fred) of FL.; two brothers-in-law, J. W. Perkins (Gloria),Boynton Beach, FL and James Edward Perkins, (Irma), Statesboro; eleven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. 

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Perkins will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Bulloch Memorial Gardens, with Minister Pamela Mikell, eulogist and Minister Latonya Rock, presiding.

A walk through visitation will be held on Friday, June 10th from 11:00 until 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
