Chris is an attorney in the firm’s litigation group and his practice is focused on helping business owners, property owners, and creditors both in and out of the courtroom.
Chris’s clients have preserved and recovered millions of dollars in judgments and settlements from cases at all levels of our State and Federal Courts.
Chris Gohagan is licensed to practice in Georgia and South Carolina and he is proud to represent some of the strongest and most engaged businesses in the Southeast.
He is married to Katy Gregg, PhD, an Associate Professor at Georgia Southern University. They have two daughters, Marley (6) and Rowan (2), and a dog, Bates (2).
Chris is a Past Chair of the Statesboro-Bulloch County Chamber of Commerce, Chair Elect of the Downtown Statesboro Development Authority, and Chair Elect of the Statesboro Family YMCA Board of Directors. Chris and Katy are both South Carolina natives, but they have called Statesboro home since 2011.
