Welch Real Estate Company, LLC based in Lyons, Georgia acquired the former Mill House Restaurant, located at 1301 Statesboro Place Circle, fronting the Veterans Memorial Parkway.
They have began renovations of the 8,322 Mill House restaurant transforming it into a 4,400 square foot Urgent Care and two 1,961 square foot speculative retail spaces. According to John Welch of Welch Real Estate the renovations will include a new exterior of stucco and stone, landscaping and parking lot recoating.
The two remaining tenant spaces 1,691 sq ft and 1,691 sq ft will be available separately or as one space for lease to be used as a retail, office, medical or food establishment.
Prospective tenants should contact Premier Realty the local property management company.
Dean Architectural and Design is the architect for the project and Dewey Batton is the general contractor.
Mr. Welch did not provide an estimated time of completion.
Statesboro's 4th Urgent Care
Accordia Urgent Care & Family Practice is the tenant for the 4,400 square foot space. They will be the fourth urgent care operating in Statesboro once they open.
Currently there are three urgent cares operating in Statesboro which include:
- Applecare, which is part of Memorial Medical Center in Savannah
- South Georgia Urgent Care, which is owned by St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah
- Statesboro Urgent Care with is locally owned by two Statesboro Emergency doctors
