The World Health Organization (WHO) reported yesterday, May 25th, that the number of new COVID-19 cases and deaths have dropped over the past week. Despite the reduced number of cases and deaths, overall transmission of COVID-19 and Variants of Interest (VOI) remain high globally. All individuals 12+ are eligible for the free COVID vaccines.
