I sincerely apologize to our valued customers who experienced disruptions in service today. We try to prepare our network to be fail-proof, but we all know everything breaks from time to time. Our technicians have been concerned about the core router which failed today and were trying to be proactive in scheduling the replacement. Unfortunately, we didn’t get it replaced before we experienced this failure.”
