Bulloch County VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster) a local non-profit that responds to humanitarian needs in times of disaster, is preparing for hurricane season during hurricane preparedness week. Each day this week we are bringing you tips and ideas about hurricane preparedness. Last year Bulloch County were spared a major hurricane event. 2020 was the first year since Matthew in 2016 that our community has not had to respond to a hurricane threat.
