Dr. Mark McCracken

East Georgia Regional Medical Center (EGRMC) introduced the PEP award a new award to recognize physicians who have been exceptional in serving their patients.  PEP stands for “Patient Experience Physician Award”, and the first recipient of this wonderful honor goes to Dr. Mark McCracken, lead Hospitalist at East Georgia Regional Medical Center!

The winner of the PEP Award is chosen quarterly and is given to a physician with the highest patient satisfaction/experience scores and/or comments from patient surveys and positive reviews.

EGRMC congratulates Dr. Mark McCracken for winning the first ever EGRMC PEP Award, and thank him for his tireless efforts in providing safe, compassionate care to his patients!

It is great to see EGRMC establishing another way to recognize our medical heroes.  Now more than ever our community needs to step up and honor all of our Front-line Heroes for all they are doing to fight COVID-19 in our community.
