In response to COVID-19, Bulloch County Schools will offer both a traditional, face-to-face and a virtual instructional model for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade for the 2020-2021 school year.
Prior to each semester, parents will choose the instruction model they want for each child. The school district asks that parents commit to their choice for a semester. Parents must decide, by completing the online form by July 24th, whether their children will attend virtual school online or return to the classroom.
For the first semester which begins on Monday, August 17 and ends on December 18, with 78 instructional days, please visit www.bullochschools.org/returntoschool to do the following:
1. Review the key points about the two instructional models;
2. Follow the online instructions to update your child’s information for the new year;
3. Choose an instruction model for each child for whom you are the legal parent or guardian; and
4. Complete your selection process by July 24.
If you do not have access to a computer or digital device or need assistance, please contact the office of your child’s school.
In November, the school district will contact parents again for you to make your choices for the second semester which begins on Wednesday, January 6, and runs for 89 instructional days through May 26.
Bulloch County Schools are eager to welcome students back to learning.
