The Performing Arts Center at Georgia Southern has an exciting 2024-2025 season planned for our community!

“Welcome back to the PAC!" said Director Daniel Brown. "I am thrilled and trust this season holds something for everyone.”

The PAC has recently hired 2 new full-time individuals: a technical director, Harley McCumber from Reidsville, Georgia and a patron services manager, Allyson Lee from Montgomery, Alabama. Each brings an extensive background working in technical production and arts administration and have a combined expertise invaluable to programming at the PAC.

Lee shared, “We bring a full season's worth of family-friendly and educational fun, ranging from musical arts to live theater to puppets and more.”

In line with the University's mission, one of the PAC’s highest priorities is ‘to enhance quality of life through scholarly pursuits, cultural enrichment, student life and community engagement for students.'

The PAC will be collaborating with the Georgia Southern University Theater to produce two of their productions as part of the main stage. To secure future Eagles and provide education, the PAC has also expanded its School Matinee Series to include 11 educational touring shows presented by both touring theater companies and our own Georgia Southern Theater students.

This season, the PAC will also be hosting some FREE and open to the public events that include concerts for Georgia Southern's Gretsch School of Music students (string, wind and jazz ensembles) and events from the Communication Arts Department, such as student film festivals and world premiere film screenings.

Brown concluded, “I am confident that this season holds something for everyone. Please introduce yourself to our team and we look forward to meeting you!"

Current season subscribers may renew on August 1, 2024, and new subscribers may purchase their tickets beginning August 18, 2024.
