Qualifiers for Federal, State and Bulloch elections as of Wednesday

Grice Connect is compiling a daily list of individuals who have qualified to run for public office in Bulloch County. 

Below is the list of citizens who have qualified to run for public office as reported at the end of the day.

Qualifying for Republican, Democratic, and Independent candidates for Bulloch, State, and Federal offices opened at 9am on Monday, March 4, 2024, and continues until noon on Friday, March 8, 2024. Independents require a nomination petition to be filed as part of their qualification.

Bulloch Qualifying Info:

Qualifying began on March 4, 2024 at 9:00am and continues through March 8, 2024, at 12:00pm.

  • If a local Partisan Candidate qualifies as REPUBLICAN, they will qualify with the local Republican Party at their headquarters :

  • If a local Partisan Candidate qualifies as DEMOCRAT, they will qualify with the local Democratic Party and they will conduct qualifying at the Bulloch County Annex across the hall from our the elections office.
  • If a local candidate qualifies as NONPARTISAN candidates they will qualify in the elections office at the Bulloch County Annex.

Bulloch County Elections Supervisor Shontay Jones would like to remind constituents of Bulloch County, along with potential candidates, that they should check the Bulloch County Board of Elections website at https://bullochcounty.net/elections for information on local elections.
