The Georgia Southern Planetarium will host its final show of the semester on April 27 and 28 at 6pm and 7pm each night. This show is a departure from the traditional space-themed shows, as it features a full-dome, audiovisual experience of the best of Led Zeppelin!
The show will include familiar hits like Ramble On and Stairway to Heaven with colorful, dancing images to go along with each song. The feel of each animation mirrors the song it accompanies, ranging from calming to more psychedelic, allowing you to be fully immersed in the music. The show was produced by Clark Planetarium in Salt Lake City, Utah.
All ages are welcome for this show, which runs about 45 minutes, but it is likely to be most popular with true Zeppelin fans.
Tickets are $4 each and on sale now via the planetarium's website.
While this is the last show of the spring semester, the planetarium staff is looking forward to hosting a full and fun summer of camp field trips for the Bulloch County Recreation and Parks Department as well as area YMCAs. For more information on this show or other opportunities to visit the planetarium, please contact Coordinator Dillon Marcy at planetarium@georgiasouthern.edu.
