- Staffing & Resources: All Excelsior EMC crews are on high alert, and we have additional personnel and contractors ready to assist with storm response.
- Equipment & Supplies: Crews have their trucks prepared and stocked with extra supplies, and the warehouse has made preparations to supply our line workers with whatever supplies they may need.
- Coordination with Local Authorities: Excelsior EMC is coordinating with state and local emergency management agencies to ensure a smooth response.
- Outage Reporting: We encourage all members to update their contact information with Excelsior EMC so we can accurately assign your outage in our system. You can report outages by calling our office at 912-685-2115 or 912-764-2123, or through our mobile app.
