City Hall and other buildings will be closed on Monday, Jan. 1st in observance of New Year's Day and will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 2nd.
The Statesboro Fire Department and Statesboro Police Department's administrative offices will also be closed during this time, but the departments will be staffed to offer patrol, fire, and other emergency services.

- Jan. 1 - No Collection
- Jan. 2 - Monday Route
- Jan. 3 - Tuesday Route
- Jan. 4 - Wednesday and Thursday Route
The City of Statesboro landfill will also be closed on Jan. 1st for New Year's.
