The Statesboro/Bulloch County Collaborative Group is excited to announce a free Back-to-School Bash event to support local students as they prepare for the upcoming school year.
The event will take place on July 13, 2024, at the Boys and Girls Club located at 1 Lee Hill Drive in Statesboro, GA from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm while supplies last.
Students and families in the community will have the opportunity to receive essential school supplies to help them start the school year off right. Backpacks, notebooks, pens, pencils, and other supplies will be available for distribution, all free of charge.
In addition to school supplies, the event will feature fun and engaging activities for children of all ages, including the Bulloch County Schools Book Bus, music, and food. Local vendors and community organizations will also be on-site to provide information and resources to families.
This Back-to-School Bash has been made possible to support local students and families as they prepare for the new school year. Many community groups understand the importance of providing students with the tools they need to succeed and are committed to helping alleviate the financial burden that back-to-school shopping can often bring.
The Back-to-School Bash is open to all members of the community, and no registration is required. Attendees are encouraged to come early to ensure they receive the school supplies they need.
