Starting Monday, December 9, 2024, Statesboro Area Transit (SAT) expanded its Blue Route with the addition of two new stops, providing riders with increased access to key locations around the city.

The new stops, located at the Statesboro Food Bank and Statesboro Summit apartments, will enhance transportation options for residents and visitors alike.

With over 30 stops across the city, SAT buses connect riders to essential services including healthcare, shopping, and community events.

Buses run Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with fares starting at just $1 for a one-way trip and $2 for a round trip. Discounted fares are available for seniors, college students, and individuals with disabilities.
