As Hurricane Helene approaches Bulloch County, Bulloch County Public Works and Bulloch County GIS have created an interactive map to allow citizens to follow the conditions and statuses of county-maintained roads.
You can search by road name or locate the road on the map and click on it to get a road status.
The map also includes a legend at the bottom that uses color codes and dots to explain the current status of road conditions. The map is continuously updated as Public Works employees and Public Safety employees travel the county and assess roads.

Sheriff Noel Brown is urging everyone to please stay off the roads between midnight Thursday, September 26, 2024 and 6 am Friday morning, September 27, 2024. The approaching storm is expected to bring high winds, which may lead to fallen trees and other hazards on the roadways. Please stay safe and avoid unnecessary travel during these hours.
