Georgia Southern NIL Store officially launches benefitting Eagle student-athletes

GS Athletics

As part of its efforts to provide a comprehensive name, image and likeness (NIL) program for Eagle student-athletes, the Georgia Southern Athletics Department has announced the launch of the Georgia Southern NIL Store.

The Georgia Southern NIL Store powered by Campus Ink is officially open for business, featuring custom and co-licensed apparel sold for Eagle student-athletes. Fans now have the opportunity to celebrate and support student-athletes from all 17 Georgia Southern teams.

In a move that expands earning opportunities for student-athletes, the NIL Store will team up with the Eagle Nation Collective to create exclusive event merchandise and commemorative collections. This exciting collaboration, while the entities operate independently, showcases their shared commitment to finding innovative ways to support Georgia Southern athletes within the ever-evolving NIL landscape.

Part of the NIL Store network, Georgia Southern NIL Store is every fan's one-stop-shop to score officially licensed Georgia Southern NIL apparel and directly support their favorite student-athletes. With every purchase, Georgia Southern fans will place industry-leading payments directly into their favorite athlete's pocket.

This is just the start. The Georgia Southern NIL Store team will continuously be onboarding new athletes, developing custom merchandise drops and new jersey options. All NIL Store merchandise is officially licensed by Georgia Southern University.

Each athlete has a "digital locker room" packed with core apparel, designed and marketed by the NIL Store team. This means athletes can focus on their game, while the NIL Store handles everything from creation to customer service. Additionally, the NIL Store educates athletes on marketing, merchandising, and sales strategies, enabling them to build their brand and maximize NIL earnings.

In addition to Georgia Southern, the NIL Store network of schools includes Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Purdue, Penn State, LSU, Nebraska, Maryland, Mizzou, Michigan State, Duke, Florida State, Virginia Tech, Syracuse, UConn, Rutgers, Iowa State, West Virginia, with many more stores currently under construction.

ABOUT CAMPUS INK AND THE NIL STORE
Backed by Mark Cuban, Campus Ink expanded into the Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) space in 2021 and launched the NIL Store, which serves as a merchandising solution for student-athletes and schools across the country. The NIL Store operates with the firm belief that every student-athlete has an opportunity to capitalize on their NIL and should earn industry-leading payouts. Campus Ink was founded in 1947 on the campus of the University of Illinois and was reimagined in 2015 with an office in downtown Chicago and a production facility in Urbana, Ill., where the company handles all of its own production and fulfillment.
