On March 25, 2023, golfers will tee-up for more than just a round of golf. Their round of golf will benefit abused and neglected children in Bulloch, Effingham, Jenkins and Screven Counties. The 5th Annual CASSEGA (Child Advocacy Services SEGA, Inc) Grand Slam hosted by CORE Credit Union will benefit Ogeechee Visitation Centers and CASA Ogeechee.
CASA Ogeechee's vision is that each abused or neglected child involved in juvenile court proceedings shall have a safe and permanent home as quickly as possible through the work of specially trained, compassionate people from all walks of life who advocate for the well-being of Georgia’s children in foster care.
5th annual CASSEGA Grand Slam schedule:

- 8:30 a.m. Registration opens
- 9:15 a.m. Welcome and rules
- 9:30 a.m. Shotgun start – Scramble format
- Approx. 1:00 p.m. Lunch is served
In-person prizes:
- Prizes for top 2 teams
- Closet to the pin
- Long drive
- Hole-in-One (3)
Registration
- $125 per golfer ($500 for a team of 4)
- Mulligans: $10 Each or 3 for $20 (Max of 3)
