The soccer showdown has concluded and the results are in: Bayern Munich and the Portland Timbers took first place in their age brackets due to an undefeated season for both teams.
While Bayern Munich and Turnkey Arsenal, the second place U12 team, both boasted zero losses and one tie, the goal differential catapulted Bayern Munich to the top spot in the county.
This is the second undefeated season for coaches Christopher Brown and Will Garnett, as their players ranked first this time last year with Paris, also a U12 team.
The U10 Portland Timbers earned their number one spot via eight wins and no losses, while LA Galaxy finished with seven wins and one loss.
Congratulations to all of the teams for their tenacity, discipline, and hard work!
