Saturday, Pinewood Manor was buzzing with energy as families gathered for the Family Fun Resource Day. Presented in partnership with the City of Statesboro, Statesboro Village Builders, Statesboro Youth Council, Statesboro-Bulloch County Library, Restoring The Breach, Hill's Mortuary Inc., and East Georgia Healthcare Center, this event was the place to be for an awesome day of fun and community vibes.
This was the fourth Family Fun Resource Day to hit Statesboro, and it’s clear why these events keep coming back. They’re all about bringing the community together with a perfect mix of entertainment and resources.
With free activities for everyone, the day was packed with non-stop fun. Kids went wild over face painting, bounce houses, and arts and crafts. Meanwhile, parents and adults explored a variety of resources and services available in our community, from educational programs to health and wellness initiatives.
Not only was there a ton of free fun like music, interactive games, and door prize,s but there was also plenty of free food and books to go around. Everyone walked away with something, whether it was a prize or just a smile on their face.
The Family Fun Resource Day isn’t just about having a good time, though. It’s also about discovering the incredible resources Statesboro has to offer. Local vendors came out to share all sorts of programs and services that could benefit families, proving that our community is full of support and opportunities.
Huge shoutout to Statesboro Village Builders and all the partners who made this day happen. The Family Fun Resource Day at Pinewood Manor was more than just an event; it was a celebration of community, support, and of course, fun! Can’t wait to see what they have in store next time!
