The Georgia Southern University Performing Arts Center is set to close its 2024-2025 Main Stage Season with Dragons and Mythical Beasts. On Monday, April 14th, 2025, the PAC presents an awe-inspiring evening of mythical creatures that will transport you and your family back to a world of whimsy and wonder!
Are you looking for an evening of fun out with the family? Well look no further! We welcome you to experience the intrigue and delights of Dragons and Mythical Beasts in this stunning interactive show that is certain to bring wonder and joy for the entire family.
Unveil a myriad of dark secrets and come face to face with some of the most magnificent monsters and terrifying beasts ever to walk the earth. Discover the colossal Stone Troll, the mysterious Indrik, and the Japanese Baku.
Experience visits from the Tooth Fairy – who might not be as sweet as you'd think – an adorable Unicorn, and the majestic Griffin. Take your place among legendary heroes, just be sure you don't wake the Dragon…
PAC Director Daniel Brown said, “This evening will be full of surprise and spectacle with enjoyment for people of all ages. As the PAC closes our Main Stage Series for this season, we would welcome the opportunity to have each of you join us for an evening of magic and charm that you won’t soon forget. I promise you that this production is sure to create lasting memories among all members of your family, including the little ones!”
If you enjoyed last year’s Dinosaur World Live, you will certainly enjoy this production by the same company. Using stunning puppetry to bring remarkably life-like creatures to the stage, Dragons and Mythical Beasts will present audiences with a host of impressive magical beings that are currently traveling across the globe with a very special stop in Statesboro!
Additionally, the crew will be selling souvenirs and merchandise in the lobby before and after the show. Don’t miss this entertaining and mind-expanding fantastical adventure, live on stage for only one night in the ‘Boro.
Please join us Monday, April 14th, 2024, at 7:30pm. The Ticket Office will be open at 6:30PM, and the doors will open at 7:00pm. Tickets are $30 for Adults, $25 for Senior Citizens/Georgia Southern Faculty/Staff, and $10 for Children/Georgia Southern Students.
