Kidovations’ fall festival, Kid-O-Fest, will take place on Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 12:00PM to 4:00PM at their new location: 121 Briarwood Lane in Statesboro.
“Kid-O-Fest is our fall festival. We will have a petting zoo, bouncy houses, carnival games, vendors, food trucks, train rides for the kids, and we’re having a baby diaper race,” director Stacey Grant says.
The diaper derby will consist of babies crawling toward their parents clad in their diapers. Whoever reaches Mama and Daddy the fastest, wins. There will be prizes and giveaways, as well as fun for the entire family.
Kidovations Educational Experience is owned and operated by Jeff and Tina Banks and has been in operation in Statesboro since 2003. They’ve had events before, but the upcoming Kid-O-Fest will prove to be their largest event yet.
“This is going to be the first big one that we’re going to be doing like this and hopefully we’ll start doing more,” Grant says. “We’ve done some festivals, but not like this.”
The event is $10 for kids ages two and up, and parents and non-walkers are free. Kidovations is still looking for vendors, so interested individuals can email Kidovations at info@kidovations.com.
