Brandon's Box of Local Delights: "We're in our NIGHTLIFE Era!"

Listen.

Life is worth the living.

And we can’t waste another second of our lives debating the verity of that statement.

Mine is worth the living. And yours is worth the living. And TONIGHT, we are GETTING OUT OF THE HOUSE and having some FUN with an unplanned night out on the town.

We’ll figure it out as we go. We deserve a spontaneous “night-life” moment, right?

(I mean…we’re as young as we’ll ever be, so hopefully you answered an unequivocal ‘Yes!’ to that question.)

Now. Let’s down an iced coffee, throw caution to the wind, and be FREE all night long.

(Or at least until we regain our senses that we need to make it to work by 9am in the morning.)

There’s no turning back now, folks.

We have officially entered our NIGHTLIFE ERA!

Movie Theaters

I absolutely love going to the movies. And I especially like going to the movies during their “non-peak” hours towards the early evening. It’s a great time for a solo movie moment, or just to fill the evening hours with some Big Screen delight.

Performance Arts

To be frank, we need performing arts more than ever. These days, our minds are completely inundated with the limitless list of tasks and responsibilities.

But who knows!

Offsetting the balance of work with more performance arts might be one of the ways we can better stabilize our inner wellness and personal happiness!

So.

Fine Dining

I am a firm believer in treating yourself. In fact, one of the grounding principles that I govern myself under during these hectic times is to treat myself to an elegant meal at the end of each week.

(I release any inner guilt that accompanies my desire to do so and totally go for it on the weekend!)

It’s my workaholic prerogative, folks.

Check out these gems!

Community Events

It is extremely important to get out of the house from time to time. (Especially for singles seeking new partnerships or locals looking to form new friendships.)

Seriously. GC Readers: how will you find an amazing connection by cocooning in the house all day long?

You will not, my dear friends.

Therefore: suit up, spray on your favorite scent, and hit the downtown scene, straightway!

Who knows!

You may be pleasantly surprised with the delights you end up attracting to yourself at a community event!
