Glenn Mosley

December 28, 1963 - January 27, 2023

Mr. Glenn Mosley age, 59 entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 27, 2023, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center after an extended illness.  He was a native of Bulloch County and was united with Parrish Grove Missionary Baptist church at an early age.  He attended the public schools of both Portal and Albany, Georgia. He was formerly employed by ITT Grinell, and Vircon and last employed as a truck driver for Claxton Poultry.

He is survived by one daughter, Glennyana L. Mosley, Jacksonville, FL; two sons, Glentavyies Mosley, Boston, MA and Jackson Amir Mosley, Hagan, GA; three grandchildren, Jayshon, Jaymarri and Xavier Mosley all of Boston, MA; his mother, Corrine Annie Williams Mosley Jones, Portal, GA; five sisters, Nancy Royals, Statesboro, GA, Mattie (Ronald) Cail, Rockyford, GA, Becky (Fred) Mozee, Swainsboro, Mary Ann Mosley, Boston , MA and Annette (Samuel) Wiggins, Portal, GA; four brothers, Roy (Willie Mae) Mosley, Metter, GA, Kenneth (Keisha) Mosley, Statesboro, GA,  Randy (Mamie) Mosley, Millen, GA and Gerald Mosley, Portal, GA; one uncle, Charles (Charlotte) Williams, Boston, MA; seven aunts, Mariaetta  Burrows, Plainfield, NJ, Elizabeth Patterson, Blondie Williams, Brenda Williams, Sissy Williams and Tiny Williams all of Boston, MA a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends and  friends.

A Celebration of Life for Mr. Mosley will be held on Saturday, February 4,2023 at 12:00 noon in the chapel of James R. Barnes Mortuary with Elder Donald Chavers, eulogist and Bishop Anthony Chavers, presiding. Interment will be in Parrish Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

The visitation of friends will be held by way of a walk through from 6:00-8:00p.m. at the funeral  home.

Please keep in mind the COVIC 19 mandates when in attendance to either of these services. Mask will be required and social distancing as permitted.
