Ted Wynn, Bulloch County Public Safety/EMA/HS director and his team will be monitoring subtropical Nicole throughout the week.

According to the National Hurricane Center Nicole could be at or near hurricane force winds as it approaches the east coast of Florida Wednesday into Thursday.

As of Monday, November 7, 2022, impacts for Bulloch County are expected to be strong gusty winds and the potential for heavy rains, but that could change.

Nicole will be a very large storm with impacts felt well away from the center of the storm.

Bulloch EMA will continue to monitor, but they recommend you monitor for potential impacts starting mid-week. Below is the latest image from the NHC on timing of the storm.
