Pittman Park UMC invites the public to a unique outdoor "Stations of the Cross" exhibition, featuring the art of Scott Erickson. Erickson is an artist, author, and performance speaker from Austin, Texas. Since 2016, his "Stations in the Street" collection has been hosted worldwide by faith communities as they prepare for Easter.

The exhibition will be available on the church grounds for guests to view any time during the week of April 10-15. Stations begin outside the church office entrance on Gentilly Road where there will be guidebooks available to direct people to each viewing area.

On Thursday, April 14 at 6 p.m. a Maundy Thursday service in the sanctuary will feature a family-friendly tour through the Stations of the Cross exhibition.

Pittman Park UMC is located at 1102 Fair Road, beside the campus of Georgia Southern University.

Since forming a congregation in 1956, they have endeavored to serve the nearby campus and community in practical ways and encourage each other to “do no harm, do good, and stay in love with God” (John Wesley, founder of Methodism). As a United Methodist church, their mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
