Mill Creek Park playground damaged BCRP asking for help

The Bulloch County Recreation and Parks department is asking for the communities help in identifying the person responsible for significant damage to the Mill Creek Park playground in Statesboro, Georgia.

The Bulloch County Recreation and Parks department is asking for the communities help in identifying the person responsible for significant damage to the Mill Creek Park playground in Statesboro, Georgia.

They are working to determine the cost of damages but report them to be significant. The large baseball was removed from its stand and then placed on the ramp that leads up to the playground. There was other damage to the area including tire burn marks on the artificial grass.

They believe this happened around 8:30 PM on Saturday, April 23, 2022. BCRP had someone report the damage on Sunday morning, April 24, 2022.

They work hard to provide some of the nicest parks in Southeast Georgia for our children and community residents to enjoy. When someone abuses and vandalizes these beautiful parks it impacts all of our community.
