The Rotary Club of Statesboro is very excited to again be offering a scholarship opportunity for senior students enrolled in Bulloch County Schools as well as home-schooled students. The Rotary Club is offering the possibility of TEN $1000 scholarships for local seniors.
Five of these scholarships will be based on academic achievements and service. Rotary is so grateful that an local anonymous donor has made possible the awarding of five additional scholarships to students whose high school academic record shows promise as a college student but high academic achievement is not a criteria – instead community service and financial need are more important in the selection process. Submitting one application will allow the student to be considered for both of the scholarships although only one scholarship will be awarded per student.
