Statesboro Wing Maxx, located at 732 Northside Drive, has set the grand re-opening for October 15th. The Statesboro-Bulloch Chamber of Commerce will join owners Tina and Jeff Hook in cutting the ribbon at 11 AM, on Thursday, October 15th.
Wing Maxx closed a little over two months ago for demolition, site preparation and rebuilding of the brand new restaurant. Statesboro construction company, Tippins-Polk has led the demolition, site clearing and new construction.
The state of the art restaurant will continue to operate as a dual drive through restaurant and expanded outside seating.
The management team including David Waters, Harvey Wells and Clinton Page, will all be returning. They are looking forward to the efficiencies of the new space and the introduction of new items, featuring healthy additions. These include wraps, super-food side salad, fresh carrots and celery.
Of course, their famous organic wings and chicken fingers, which are purchased fresh, never frozen, marinated and hand battered, will be back along with all the great home cooked sides. In addition, they are introducing two new dipping sauces, Hot Honey and Sweet and Spicy Asian.
“Wednesday are Wingsday” featuring half priced wings are coming back along with the great daily lunch specials.
You will also love the new tax inclusive pricing system which will greatly limit the use of change.
Only a few more days, and we will all be enjoying our favorite Wing Maxx specialites. It has been a short few months, but long enough that I am craving it more than ever.
