Stay Healthy

It is important that we do our part and stay healthy.  Dr. Ruthie Crider, E.R. doctor, tells us by complying with CDC orders and staying healthy is the most important thing we can do.

We know that our health care workers are on the front lines of COVID-19.  We are thinking about our friends and neighbors who work in health care from Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, Technicians, Paramedics, Staff, the list goes on.  They are the ones who must work tirelessly to take care of all of us.  We encourage you to be sensitive to their needs and find ways to encourage them through random acts of kindness, a text, or social media shout outs to them.  They are often overlooked, but in a time like this we realize how important they are.  They may need help with errands, groceries or even looking after their children while they work long hours.

All of these things are important, but Dr. Ruthie Crider has an even stronger message of how we can help the most and that is by complying with the instructions from the CDC and staying healthy!
