Bulloch County Qualifying ends with 11 Contested Races

Bulloch County qualifying ended at 12 noon today with eleven contested races. All four Bulloch County Board of Education seats are contested, along with Tax Commissioner, Sheriff, County Commission District 2, Seat A, Coroner, Solicitor General, State Representative 158 and United States Representative District 12.
All but four of the races will be decided on May 19th because they are either nonpartisan or everyone qualified on the same party ticket. The winners of the primary election on May 19th for Sheriff, Coroner, State Representative and U.S. Representative will continue to the General Election on November 3rd.
