Hurricane Michael’s eye crossed over I-16 west of Dublin around 1:25 AM according to Meteorologist Patrick Prokop.
Bulloch County is experiencing 35mph sustained winds with 50 mpg gust and sheets of rain.
As expected, we have wide spread power outages throughout Georgia and Bulloch County.
At 4 AM Bulloch County has 8,371 power outages.
We have a few more hours of wind and rain before crews can safely begin evaluating and repairing damages.
Both Georgia Power and EMC have extra crews on hand and as soon as it is deemed safe will begin restoring power.
